1. The Vice President of Data Processing Company, Fyndus which is based in Kottivakkam, Chennai declared a holiday on July 22, 2016, so as to avoid all the leave requests that are bound to be sent across to the HR department by all the employees.
One more company from Bangalore has been reported to declare Holiday for the same reason.
2. Kabali is scheduled to release on 22 July across over 12,000 screens – an achievement no Indian film has ever attained.

In an interview to Firstpost, the producer said, “I expect the movie to make more than Rs 500 crore when it releases. It will be bigger than Baahubali because that is the power and stature of Rajinikanth. He has fans all over the world, across all age groups. But I have still not sold the satellite rights; I’m waiting for the film to release.”
